    FAQs

    Questions Candidates Ask Us

Do I need to be a certified RBT to apply as an ABA Therapist?
Not necessarily — we provide training and support toward RBT certification for the right candidates. Prior experience working with children, especially those with developmental differences, is a strong asset.
    Is this a full-time or part-time role?
Both are available depending on the position and your availability. We build caseloads around your schedule, including evening and weekend options for therapists.
Will I be supervised as a new ABA therapist?
Yes, always. Every therapist works under the ongoing supervision of a certified BCBA who designs the program, reviews your session data, and is available for support.
What areas do you hire for?
We're actively hiring across our service areas in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba. Mention your location in your application and we'll match you with opportunities nearby.
How long does the hiring process take?
Typically a few weeks from application to offer, depending on scheduling. We move as quickly as we can without rushing the parts that matter — like making sure it's the right fit for both sides.
